Teachers chosen as carefully as our curriculum.
We take special care in recruiting our faculty. Our lecturers have received their graduation and post-graduation from the best universities across Karnataka — many with distinction. Beyond subject expertise, every teacher at BTL is expected to bring the patience and warmth that a rural, first-generation-learner community needs.
The teaching and learning process at BTL is built to turn every student into a dynamic personality. Our greatest assets in carrying the college forward have always been our students and our faculty, whose commitment to BTL shows in the value they add to its rich heritage.
Our faculty covers every subject offered across BTL Vidyavahini School and BTL Composite PU College.
